- Design, configure, develop, deploy, test, and support Workato integrations across the full project lifecycle.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and Workato integration flows.
- Implement A2A and B2B integrations using real-time, batch, and ETL patterns across cloud and on-premises applications.
- Conduct field mapping, end-to-end testing, test planning, optimization, troubleshooting, and post-implementation support.
- Prepare technical design specifications and ensure adherence to integration standards and best practices.
- Coordinate with application teams, stakeholders, Product and Project Managers, system SMEs, and application owners to resolve blockers and manage expectations.
- Estimate project complexity, timelines, effort, and resource requirements.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop junior consultants and business analysts.
- Contribute to practice-building activities including recruiting, staffing, and training.
Requirements
- 7–9 years of experience in Application-to-Application and Business-to-Business integrations.
- At least four years of hands-on experience with Workato integrations.
- Experience implementing complex, scalable, and high-volume integration solutions.
- Experience with cloud and on-premises applications and real-time, batch, and ETL integration patterns.
- Proficiency in API management and web services technologies including REST, SOAP, and WSDL.
- Proficiency in SQL, JSON, XML, and at least one programming language.
- Understanding of WS-Security and OAuth authorization and authentication protocols.
- Knowledge of Service-Oriented Architecture.
- Strong Workato and integration design expertise, including translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ability to mentor junior team members and enforce integration standards and best practices.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related technology field is desired.
- Relevant Workato certifications, including Automation Pro 1, 2, and 3, are desired.
