Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and optimize scalable full-stack enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, React.js, and related technologies.
- Develop and integrate APIs and microservices supporting business-critical applications.
- Perform hands-on coding, debugging, testing, code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
- Provide technical guidance to offshore development teams and support technical discussions and delivery.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and distributed delivery teams.
- Contribute to AI chatbot and Retrieval-Augmented Generation initiatives when applicable.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of full-stack application development experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Java application development with Spring Boot.
- Experience building full-stack applications with React.js, Redux, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience designing, developing, and integrating APIs and microservices.
- Understanding of software development best practices, debugging, troubleshooting, performance tuning, unit testing, and code quality standards.
- Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Ability to analyze requirements, design technical solutions, and work independently.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with onsite and offshore teams.
- Preferred experience with AI chatbots, RAG solutions, Generative AI, LLM integrations, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
- Experience mentoring developers and leading technical discussions is preferred.
