Base Salary
$60k - $135k/yr
Responsibilities
- Gather and document requirements for specific modules, including business-process linkages, dependencies, and required changes.
- Facilitate application solution design for assigned modules under Project Manager guidance.
- Review code, resolve technical queries, and ensure implementation follows project standards and replication patterns.
- Perform root-cause analysis and modify software to resolve errors, improve performance, and upgrade interfaces.
- Validate configurations, support application integration and deployment dependencies, and prepare user training documentation.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in full-stack Java enterprise development.
- Strong technical design and hands-on development experience with backend-heavy full-stack applications.
- Experience with Java and React, approximately 75% Java and 25% React.
- Ability to own solutions end-to-end, work independently, and manage stakeholders alongside coding responsibilities.
- Comfort using AI-assisted engineering tools.
