Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy full-stack applications and distributed systems.
- Develop APIs, integrations, data pipelines, and cloud-native applications.
- Build AI-enabled features such as intelligent agents, copilots, workflow automation, and LLM-powered experiences.
- Develop prompting and orchestration strategies for GPT, Claude, and Gemini.
- Integrate AI capabilities into existing platforms and engineering workflows.
- Collaborate directly with clients and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Contribute to architecture, code reviews, mentoring, and engineering best practices.
- Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, synthesize information, and support data-driven client recommendations while evaluating output quality and bias.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- 1+ years of experience building and deploying AI-enabled products or features in production environments.
- Strong computer science fundamentals, system design, and object-oriented programming knowledge.
- Experience building production systems with modern backend and frontend technologies.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience integrating APIs, distributed systems, and enterprise platforms.
- Strong communication and client-facing collaboration skills.
- Experience integrating AI tools such as ChatGPT into engineering workflows and evaluating their accuracy and outputs.
- Preferred: consulting or client delivery experience.
- Preferred: experience with Temporal or Airflow.
- Preferred: familiarity with Databricks, Snowflake, or modern data platforms.
- Preferred: experience mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives.
