Base Salary
$81k - $137k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and optimize scalable full-stack enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, React.js, and related technologies.
- Build, enhance, and integrate APIs and microservices supporting business-critical applications.
- Perform hands-on coding, debugging, testing, code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
- Provide technical guidance to offshore development teams and support successful delivery.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and distributed delivery teams.
- Contribute to AI chatbot and Retrieval-Augmented Generation initiatives when applicable.
- Follow software development, code quality, security, testing, and lifecycle best practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in full-stack application development.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React.js, and enterprise application development.
- Experience with React.js, Redux, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience designing, developing, and integrating APIs and microservices.
- Strong understanding of debugging, troubleshooting, performance tuning, software development best practices, and code quality standards.
- Experience with unit testing frameworks, Git, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Ability to analyze requirements, design technical solutions, work independently, and collaborate with onsite and offshore teams.
- Preferred experience implementing AI chatbots and RAG solutions, generative AI technologies, LLM integrations, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
- Experience mentoring developers and leading technical discussions is preferred.
