Base Salary
$81k - $137k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and optimize scalable full-stack enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.js.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices for business-critical applications.
- Perform hands-on coding, debugging, testing, code reviews, and performance optimization.
- Provide technical guidance to offshore development teams and resolve technical challenges.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
- Contribute to AI chatbot and Retrieval-Augmented Generation initiatives when applicable.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement activities.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in full-stack application development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java application development and Spring Boot.
- Experience developing full-stack applications with React.js, Redux, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Understanding of software development best practices, debugging, troubleshooting, performance tuning, unit testing, and code quality standards.
- Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Ability to analyze requirements, design technical solutions, and work independently.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with onsite and offshore teams.
- Preferred experience with AI chatbots, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, Generative AI, Large Language Model integrations, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Docker, Kubernetes, and mentoring developers.
