Base Salary
$130k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deploy and operationalize Tomorrow.io’s SaaS platform, APIs, and data services in U.S. defense and mission environments.
- Travel 50%+ to customer sites, operational units, and experimentation events as the primary technical resource.
- Design, implement, and troubleshoot API integrations with Palantir Foundry, Gotham, and other mission platforms.
- Support technical discovery, customer demonstrations, pilot programs, and strategic growth opportunities.
- Build relationships with operators, technical stakeholders, and partners to drive adoption and expansion.
- Capture field insights and customer requirements to influence the product roadmap.
- Develop repeatable deployment processes, integration playbooks, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Business Development, and external partners.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor focused on measurable customer operational value.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, Technical Implementation, Sales Engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
- Experience deploying SaaS platforms, APIs, or cloud-based software solutions in customer environments.
- Strong understanding of API integrations, data workflows, and technical troubleshooting.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to engineering teams and operational users.
- Government, defense, or mission-critical technology experience is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with Palantir Foundry, Gotham, AIP, or comparable operational platforms is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in dynamic customer environments with extensive travel.
- Active TS/SCI clearance, or a previously held TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain it again.
- Confidence working with defense organizations and operational teams; military experience is not required.
- Position is restricted to U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and protected individuals unless required export-control licenses are obtained.
