Responsibilities

Deploy and operationalize Tomorrow.io’s SaaS platform, APIs, and data services in U.S. defense and mission environments.
Travel 50%+ to customer sites, operational units, and experimentation events as the primary technical resource.
Design, implement, and troubleshoot API integrations with Palantir Foundry, Gotham, and other mission platforms.
Support technical discovery, customer demonstrations, pilot programs, and strategic growth opportunities.
Build relationships with operators, technical stakeholders, and partners to drive adoption and expansion.
Capture field insights and customer requirements to influence the product roadmap.
Develop repeatable deployment processes, integration playbooks, and technical documentation.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Business Development, and external partners.
Serve as a trusted technical advisor focused on measurable customer operational value.

4–8 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, Technical Implementation, Sales Engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
Experience deploying SaaS platforms, APIs, or cloud-based software solutions in customer environments.
Strong understanding of API integrations, data workflows, and technical troubleshooting.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts to engineering teams and operational users.
Government, defense, or mission-critical technology experience is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with Palantir Foundry, Gotham, AIP, or comparable operational platforms is preferred.
Ability to work independently in dynamic customer environments with extensive travel.
Active TS/SCI clearance, or a previously held TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain it again.
Confidence working with defense organizations and operational teams; military experience is not required.
Position is restricted to U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and protected individuals unless required export-control licenses are obtained.

Anticipated base salary range of $130,000–$150,000 plus variable pay.
