Base Salary
$98k - $159k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical solution design and delivery for Salesforce projects and platforms.
- Develop, configure, integrate, document, deploy, and support complex Salesforce applications and systems.
- Create functional, technical, user-interface, data-model, and solution designs aligned with business and architecture requirements.
- Develop Apex and other application code, perform Salesforce configuration, and work with SOQL, data tools, and web technologies.
- Analyze requirements, evaluate solution options, identify system and data issues, and recommend improvements for customer experience, availability, and cost.
- Conduct code reviews, operational readiness reviews, quality checks, and remediation or performance-improvement activities.
- Collaborate with architects, technology partners, stakeholders, and business teams across the development lifecycle.
- Act as a Salesforce application subject matter expert, provide thought leadership, and mentor and enable team members.
- Support engineering automation across build, test, release, and configuration activities while maintaining compliance, risk, and governance controls.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree, postgraduate degree, or technical certificate.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience.
- Preferred bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience developing with Salesforce.
- At least 5 years of experience with HTML, JavaScript, XML, Apex, and Visualforce.
- At least 5 years of experience configuring Salesforce workflows, validation rules, Lightning Flow, roles and profiles, reports, and dashboards in a large organization.
- At least 5 years of database experience writing SOQL queries and using Data Loader, Workbench, and ETL tools for bulk data updates.
- Experience with Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud, standard and custom objects, Salesforce data models, web technologies, and Salesforce architecture constraints.
- Experience defining system strategies and requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, support procedures, and implementing business solutions under multiple deadlines.
- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator or equivalent experience preferred.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I preferred.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or a similar discipline is a plus.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, decision-making, collaboration, research, and analytical skills.
