Base Salary

$185k - $230k/yr

Responsibilities

Act as a cross-functional bridge between middleware developers and safety teams.
Develop and maintain a holistic architectural view of the middleware stack.
Identify improvement opportunities in middleware and diagnostics architecture.
Define and implement component and system level diagnostics strategies.
Analyze fault propagation scenarios and design mitigations.
Generate and track fault metrics regularly.

B.S./M.S./PhD in Engineering, Physics or relevant field with 5+ years of experience.
Strong experience in middleware, ideally in embedded or distributed systems.
Excellent communication skills to translate architectural and safety considerations.
Demonstrated ability to apply software engineering best practices.
Experience in cross-functional environments involving platform, safety, and software teams.
