Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, maintain, debug, and troubleshoot software applications and systems.
Build backend services, APIs, database solutions, and web applications for core product and platform components.
Participate in code reviews, unit testing, root-cause analysis, sprint ceremonies, estimation, and technical design discussions.
Collaborate with product owners, QA, support and implementation teams, and other engineering functions.
Investigate and resolve application issues in lower environments and production while following runbooks and escalation paths.
Communicate progress, risks, and blockers and apply secure coding, performance, maintainability, and engineering best practices.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
5+ years of software development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core, C#, Angular, JavaScript, Azure DevOps, and SQL Server.
Experience with C#/.NET services and APIs, MS SQL Server or an equivalent relational database, REST APIs, and JSON.
Familiarity with IIS/ASP.NET, Git, code reviews, CI/CD concepts, unit testing frameworks, test-driven habits, and Agile/Scrum.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
Preferred experience includes Azure or AWS, Docker or Kubernetes, observability, performance tuning, and AI tools such as Cursor AI.

Remote work location in Brazil or Colombia.
