Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders at customer sites to deliver solutions.
- Lead the design, build, and deployment of Tulip solutions.
- Implement solutions in live manufacturing environments.
- Integrate with shop-floor systems like PLCs and MES/ERP.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across software and operational workflows.
- Serve as the technical owner for customer solutions.
- Advise on architecture and scalability during deployments.
- Document solutions and share insights with internal teams.
- Represent customer feedback to influence product development.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial software roles.
- 4+ years in customer-facing or consultant roles.
- Ability to identify operational improvement opportunities on the shop floor.
- Experience with Operations Technology, including MES and ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows and operational constraints.
- Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Comfortable in customer-facing technical discussions.
- Ability to think creatively and deliver practical solutions.
- BS degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
