Base Salary
$195k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build systems and tools that simplify healthcare workflows and enhance human efforts.
- Understand business and user context and connect technical work to care outcomes.
- Make independent technical and product decisions and own work from problem understanding through delivery and measurement.
- Collaborate with product managers, clinicians, operators, users, and other stakeholders to conceptualize and develop features.
- Define and maintain development practices that support fast iteration and quality, including testing and documentation.
- Adopt and evangelize AI in personal workflows and software solutions.
- Stay current with tools and technologies and apply them to technical challenges.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software experience.
- Proficiency in one or more common programming languages, with familiarity with databases and web frontend technology.
- Experience building systems with AI agents as collaborators or components.
- Experience building and refactoring complex, often distributed systems.
- Ability to work across different technical systems and concerns with maturity, rigor, scalability awareness, and attention to outcomes.
