Responsibilities
- Engage directly with customers to gather insights and feedback.
- Design and build product solutions across the tech stack.
- Participate in forward-deployed work to gain product insights.
- Prioritize tasks based on customer and market signals.
- Collaborate with a team of experienced engineers on complex problems.
Requirements
- Experience shipping products that users engage with, including at least one failure and understanding its significance.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and demonstrate a strong bias for action.
- Deep understanding of the purpose behind product development.
- Experience in forward-deployed or customer-embedded engineering roles.
- Bonus for having founded a project or worked with agents, LLMs, or large-scale data systems.
