Responsibilities
- Build backend systems processing terabytes of internet-scale data.
- Create frontend workflows that make complex analysis intuitive.
- Develop agent frameworks that automate previously manual work.
- Work directly with customers through calls and tight feedback loops, including forward-deployed projects.
- Identify problems, design experiments, build initial solutions, and own product outcomes across the stack.
- Shape product direction based on customer feedback, data, and market signals.
Requirements
- Experience shipping products that users adopted, including understanding why a product or project failed.
- Ability to ramp quickly, operate effectively in ambiguity, and take action without a fully defined roadmap.
- Strong product judgment and focus on customer and business outcomes in addition to technical execution.
- Experience with forward-deployed or customer-embedded engineering is valued.
- Experience founding something, working with agents or LLMs, or building large-scale data systems is a bonus.
