Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain automation workflows across IT systems and SaaS platforms.
- Develop integrations between Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, and other tools using APIs.
- Automate operational processes such as user lifecycle management, notifications, data synchronization, and access workflows.
- Implement secure and reliable automations with logging, monitoring, and error handling.
- Continuously optimize processes to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with IT, Security, and business teams to deliver automation solutions.
- Create and maintain clear documentation for workflows, scripts, and integrations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in automation, scripting, or IT infrastructure in enterprise environments.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Basic administration experience with Google Workspace.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and system integrations.
- Proficiency in PowerShell and/or Python.
- Experience with Azure services such as Automation, Functions, and Logic Apps.
- Solid understanding of automation patterns and SaaS integrations.
- Familiarity with authentication protocols like OAuth and OpenID Connect.
- Familiarity with tools such as Slack, Jira, Git, and basic CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Intermediate English proficiency (written and spoken).
