Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of software development experience.
- Strong engineering background with a focus on writing simple, well-tested code.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solving attitude with a bias for action.
- Desire to expand technical skills; familiarity with Ruby is a plus.
- Quick learning aptitude is essential.
