Base Salary
$218k - $285k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end technical design of Quince’s ML platform.
- Design and implement the core developer experience for Data Scientists and AI Researchers.
- Set and uphold engineering standards in CI/CD for ML and Infrastructure as Code.
- Lead the technical evaluation and selection of core platform components.
- Design and implement GPU utilization optimizations and cloud cost controls.
- Architect ML serving infrastructure for scalability and reliability.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.
- Lead root-cause analyses for production failures and drive permanent fixes.
Requirements
- 8+ years of industry experience with 4+ years in ML Infrastructure or MLOps.
- Proven track record of designing and building MLOps platforms.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native infrastructure, preferably AWS.
- Hands-on mastery of ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Expertise in building Feature Stores and high-throughput data pipelines.
- Expert-level knowledge of CI/CD for ML and deployment strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize GPU utilization and reduce cloud costs.
- Strong operational instincts and experience with proactive monitoring.
