Base Salary
$165k - $242k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and evolve core backend systems and shared infrastructure.
- Own and improve internal schema and code generation tooling.
- Work on and extend the custom job scheduler for distributed workloads.
- Define and maintain API standards across teams.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to design reliable systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of backend engineering experience in production systems.
- Proven experience designing and maintaining distributed systems at scale.
- Hands-on experience with API design (REST, GraphQL, gRPC).
- Strong proficiency in Go, Python, or a comparable backend language.
- Experience with concurrency and parallelism patterns in production.
