Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead configuration of Workday modules based on complex business requirements.
- Architect and guide the development of Workday Business Processes and security roles.
- Evaluate and adopt new features with each Workday release for optimization.
- Develop and own advanced reports and dashboards in Workday.
- Drive data quality and integrity standards across Workday and connected systems.
- Design and lead test strategies, including UAT coordination.
- Network with key contacts across functions and advise on complex Workday matters.
- Provide expert-level Workday system support and develop scalable solutions.
- Mentor and upskill team members on Workday functionality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR Technology, or related field.
- 5-7 years of hands-on Workday analyst or configuration experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Workday security, business processes, reporting, and calculated fields.
- Demonstrated ability to work on complex, ambiguous issues requiring in-depth evaluation.
