Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship AI agents and automations for GTM processes.
- Own and extend core parts of Salesforce and GTM systems architecture.
- Contribute to Salesforce governance and maintain system reliability.
- Collaborate with the PAE team on the GTM data layer for automated actions.
- Partner with Sales and RevOps to implement effective AI and automation solutions.
- Establish monitoring and evaluation systems for AI capabilities.
- Identify operational tasks suitable for automation to reduce manual workload.
- Stay updated on AI and automation tooling to enhance GTM operations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in automation, integrations, or tooling in a GTM or RevOps context.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including declarative and Apex/SOQL.
- Familiarity with modern GTM stack tools like Snowflake and ETL processes.
- Production experience with integration/automation tools like Workato or Zapier.
- Working fluency with AI tooling and orchestration frameworks.
- Strong SQL skills and basic proficiency in Python or scripting.
- A builder-operator mindset focused on delivering practical solutions.
- Excellent written communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
