Base Salary
$176k - $242k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship AI agents and automations for lead routing and scoring, account enrichment, outbound support, deal support, and customer lifecycle signals.
- Own and extend Salesforce and GTM systems architecture and contribute to Salesforce governance, DevOps hygiene, security, reliability, and audit readiness.
- Partner on the GTM data layer using Snowflake, Hightouch, Fivetran, Airflow, or related tools to route usage and lifecycle signals to the appropriate systems.
- Collaborate with Sales, Success, RevOps, and Program Management to turn high-leverage AI and automation opportunities into adopted production systems.
- Establish evaluations, monitoring, and guardrails so AI capabilities are observable, reversible, and measured against business metrics.
- Identify recurring operational work suitable for agent handling and track the AI and automation tooling landscape for relevant improvements.
- Set standards for data quality, review points, and guardrails across the GTM Engineering team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and operating production automation, integrations, or tooling in a GTM, RevOps, or Business Systems context.
- Hands-on Salesforce experience including declarative configuration, Apex, SOQL, and DevOps, plus familiarity with modern GTM tools and systems.
- Production experience with Workato, Zapier, n8n, or similar iPaaS, MCP, or agent-builder platforms.
- Working fluency with LLM APIs, agent or orchestration frameworks, and agent-based prompting or AI-driven workflows.
- Comfort with SQL and enough Python or scripting to build and debug pipelines and integrations.
- Strong judgment regarding the appropriate use of AI, automation, risk controls, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Strong written communication for explaining systems to engineering and go-to-market stakeholders.
- Preferred experience with BI, Snowflake, dbt, modern data warehousing, MCP servers, agent frameworks, or lightweight internal tools and apps.
