Base Salary
$170k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end-to-end features across backend services and infrastructure that deliver direct customer value.
- Lead high-volume workflow automation initiatives and build scalable data-processing and machine-learning infrastructure.
- Design and maintain complex workflows that use machine learning to drive automation.
- Optimize performance across the technology stack for scalability, reliability, and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to incorporate customer and prospect feedback.
- Drive projects proactively from conception through completion and contribute to company growth.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of backend development experience with strong JavaScript skills and familiarity with TypeScript.
- Proven experience building and maintaining scalable web applications, especially for high-volume workflow automation and data processing.
- Experience integrating machine learning models into production environments and optimizing data pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and efficient, clean coding practices.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Collaborative team orientation and appreciation for diverse perspectives.
- Prior startup or fast-paced technology experience is preferred.
