Base Salary

$170k - $190k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement end-to-end features across backend services and infrastructure that deliver direct customer value.
  • Lead high-volume workflow automation initiatives and build scalable data-processing and machine-learning infrastructure.
  • Design and maintain complex workflows that use machine learning to drive automation.
  • Optimize performance across the technology stack for scalability, reliability, and adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to incorporate customer and prospect feedback.
  • Drive projects proactively from conception through completion and contribute to company growth.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of backend development experience with strong JavaScript skills and familiarity with TypeScript.
  • Proven experience building and maintaining scalable web applications, especially for high-volume workflow automation and data processing.
  • Experience integrating machine learning models into production environments and optimizing data pipelines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and efficient, clean coding practices.
  • Excellent communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Collaborative team orientation and appreciation for diverse perspectives.
  • Prior startup or fast-paced technology experience is preferred.
