Base Salary
$170k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement features that drive direct customer value end-to-end across backend services.
- Lead initiatives in high-volume workflow automation, focusing on scalable data processing and machine learning infrastructure.
- Design and maintain complex workflows leveraging machine learning for automation.
- Drive performance optimization efforts for scalability and reliability across all layers of the stack.
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to respond to customer feedback.
- Proactively drive projects from conception to completion, contributing to company growth.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in backend development, focusing on JavaScript and familiarity with TypeScript.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining scalable web applications in high-volume workflow automation.
- Experience integrating machine learning models into production environments and optimizing data pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and efficient coding practices.
- Outstanding communication skills for articulating complex technical concepts.
- Team player who thrives in collaborative environments, with startup experience as a plus.
