Responsibilities

Design and propose solutions based on functional and non-functional requirements.
Develop backend software and participate in the full software development lifecycle.
Deliver and monitor applications in production under the “you build it, you own it” model.
Maintain clean, reliable, and scalable code.
Contribute to continuous improvement of setup and processes.
Ensure quality through automated tests and code reviews.
Provide third-line application support during office hours.
Maintain product-related documentation and support team collaboration.

4+ years of experience in agile software development.
Experience with or preferably matching Kotlin, Kafka, and Postgres.
Knowledge of software craftsmanship, CI/CD, and clean code practices.
AWS and Terraform experience is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile software development practices, pair programming, and knowledge sharing.
Fluent spoken and written English.
