Responsibilities
- Design and build complex ML and AI systems and services while setting the technical approach for the workstream.
- Own MLOps architecture, including orchestration, CI/CD, production monitoring, model versioning, and lineage.
- Extend MLOps frameworks to support new model types and deployment patterns.
- Lead root-cause analysis for complex production incidents and drive systemic fixes.
- Design agentic AI systems and make architecture decisions for multi-step reasoning and RAG workflows.
- Own LLMOps practices including evaluation pipelines, guardrails, and cost and latency optimization.
- Set engineering and code-quality standards, lead code reviews, mentor engineers, and raise technical standards.
- Evaluate and introduce GenAI tools, frameworks, and techniques that improve the platform.
Requirements
- 8–11 years of hands-on experience owning significant technical workstreams end to end.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience writing clean, testable, production-quality code.
- Experience owning CI/CD, containerization, and orchestration for production ML and AI systems.
- Experience developing or deploying LLM-based applications, including prompt engineering, RAG, or agentic workflows.
- Strong working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Working knowledge of AWS cloud services and Databricks/Unity Catalog or equivalent enterprise data platforms.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, or a related technical field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
