Responsibilities
- Design, code, test, debug, document, enhance, maintain, and support software solutions.
- Support Oracle Hyperion EPM financial application environments, including Hyperion Financial Management, Planning, Essbase, FDM, and DRM.
- Perform system patching, upgrades, environment management, performance monitoring, and optimization.
- Support integrations and data flows across financial systems.
- Provide end-to-end system ownership and troubleshoot technical issues beyond L1 or ticket-based support.
- Collaborate with digital technology peers and business associates on projects and application support.
- Apply engineering and programming best practices to meet business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering, or MIS.
- At least five years of hands-on experience supporting Oracle Hyperion EPM environments.
- Experience with on-premise Oracle environments, not exclusively cloud-based.
- Experience with automation tooling and processes in financial systems environments.
- Ability to work independently, troubleshoot issues, and operate without heavy oversight.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure-level support versus functional or business support.
- Preferred familiarity with Power BI and OCI/Oracle Analytics Cloud.
- Preferred familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and Power Automate.
- Experience with SQL tables, views, and security is preferred.
- Experience with Python, PowerShell, and batch scripts is preferred.
