Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, manage team performance, and make or contribute to technical decisions.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to solve problems and align software solutions with business objectives.
- Lead implementation of software development best practices and improve development processes.
- Mentor junior team members and troubleshoot and optimize application performance.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Spring Boot is required.
- Proficiency in Spring Boot and experience with Java and object-oriented design principles are required.
- Familiarity with RESTful API development and microservices architecture is required.
- Knowledge of database management and integration techniques is required.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and continuous integration practices is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
