Responsibilities
- Own the architecture area for enterprise systems and applications, ensuring scalability, security, resilience, and maintainability.
- Design and recommend technologies, architectural patterns, frameworks, and system components.
- Design system integrations, APIs, and data flows across enterprise platforms.
- Coordinate architecture activities across project teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Review solution designs and implementations for compliance with architectural standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to resolve complex challenges and make technology decisions.
- Contribute to enterprise architecture standards, technical roadmaps, and governance processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve system performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
- Evaluate emerging technologies that support digital transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a System Architect, Solution Architect, or Senior Software Engineer in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and distributed systems.
- Experience designing integrations using APIs, messaging platforms, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Knowledge of modern application architectures, including microservices and cloud-native concepts.
- Experience with enterprise-grade applications, databases, and middleware technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for addressing complex technical issues.
- Experience collaborating with teams in Agile delivery environments.
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in Polish and English.
- Banking or financial-services experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF is preferred.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud is preferred.
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and Kubernetes is preferred.
- Understanding of security architecture and financial-institution regulatory requirements is preferred.
