Responsibilities
- Partner with CIOs, CTOs, and chief architects at Fortune 1000 companies on AI-powered enterprise transformation.
- Define scalable architectural patterns for Salesforce, Agentforce, Data Cloud, Industry Clouds, integrations, and enterprise AI services.
- Lead modernization efforts connecting legacy enterprise systems with cloud-native infrastructure and AI services.
- Design and govern Agentforce architectures, including agentic workflows, multi-agent orchestration, and agent lifecycle management.
- Define responsible AI governance frameworks covering model risk, bias evaluation, compliance, auditability, and ethical guardrails.
- Provide architectural governance and delivery oversight for complex implementations.
- Support strategic pre-sales engagements and influence enterprise architecture decisions for high-value pursuits.
- Publish architecture blueprints, transformation guides, and reference models.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence the Salesforce platform roadmap.
- Build and grow a global community of architects across customers, system integrators, and ISVs.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, platform strategy, or technical advisory roles focused on cloud transformation and AI integration.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, including Agentforce, Data Cloud, Einstein AI, and Industry Cloud implementations at global scale.
- Experience engaging and influencing C-level leadership at Fortune 1000 companies.
- Hands-on knowledge of predictive modeling, LLMs, automation, AI/ML, and ethical AI practices.
- Strong understanding of data governance, integration patterns, and multi-org or hybrid cloud architectures.
- Experience with Agentforce and Agent Builder, including designing, deploying, and governing autonomous enterprise agents.
- Hands-on experience with integration platforms, particularly MuleSoft, and robust data and API strategy design.
- Industry expertise in one or more sectors such as financial services, retail, manufacturing, or healthcare.
- Experience in consulting, advisory, CTO/CIO-facing, system integrator, platform vendor, or enterprise IT roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and SAFe is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, executive presence, mentoring ability, and community-building experience.
