Responsibilities

  • Design scalable CRM and digital platform architectures with strong performance and integration capabilities.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural designs.
  • Lead technical teams during CRM implementations and provide guidance and mentorship to developers.
  • Review and approve designs and code, establish standards, and maintain architectural documentation.
  • Integrate CRM systems with ERP, CDP, loyalty, database, cloud, API, and middleware platforms.
  • Conduct performance tuning, troubleshoot complex CRM issues, and mitigate technical risks.
  • Participate in project planning, estimation, Agile or Scrum delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for client work, pitches, technical reports, and stakeholder presentations.

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of CRM platforms, including Salesforce, HubSpot, and Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Experience designing efficient, scalable, maintainable CRM solutions and integrating multiple systems.
  • Experience leading and managing project development in Agile or Scrum environments.
  • Experience with CI/CD and version-control tools such as GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, and Jenkins.
  • Ability to query databases for customer data extraction and reporting.
  • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Expertise in GDPR, CCPA, data privacy laws, and CRM security best practices.
  • Experience with Apex, JavaScript, .NET, and C# for CRM logic, automation, and custom programming.
  • Strong understanding of REST and SOAP APIs, middleware, ERP, CDP, and loyalty-platform integrations.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or comparable tools for customer-data analysis and reporting.
  • Knowledge of customer segmentation, customer lifecycle management, personalization, troubleshooting, and debugging.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, collaboration, communication, and prioritization skills.
