Responsibilities
- Ensure partner technical resources are successfully onboarded, trained, enabled, and certified.
- Participate in joint business planning and review sessions with Datadog and partner technical teams.
- Support partner demonstrations, proofs of value, enablement workshops, assessments, advice, and coaching.
- Advocate for partner technical concerns, use cases, feature requests, and support issues with internal Datadog teams.
- Analyze partner service offerings and recommend ways to increase the value and adoption of Datadog features and capabilities.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and technical services teams to identify and prioritize new features and capabilities.
- Curate and evolve best practices for Datadog platform adoption and customer success.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in IT development and/or operations.
- Typically 10–15 years of experience in a customer- or partner-facing technical role.
- Strong technical grounding, business acumen, learning orientation, and ability to articulate Datadog value from the server room to the boardroom.
- Confident presentation skills.
- Hands-on experience in at least two relevant areas, including observability, public cloud, containerization, development or scripting, configuration management, and CI/CD.
- Previous experience supporting channel partners such as systems integrators or managed service providers is a bonus.
- Experience with Datadog or other cloud monitoring tools is a bonus.
- Experience with root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, or debugging is a bonus.
