Responsibilities
- Design scalable, high-performance CRM and digital platform architectures.
- Lead technical implementation activities and guide development teams during projects.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural designs.
- Review and approve designs and code while enforcing architecture, coding, and security best practices.
- Design and maintain integrations across CRM, ERP, CDP, loyalty, database, and other systems.
- Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, debugging, and technical risk mitigation.
- Create and maintain comprehensive software architecture documentation.
- Participate in project planning, estimation, continuous improvement, and Agile or Scrum delivery.
- Mentor junior team members and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Act as a subject matter expert for pitches, client work, technical reports, and stakeholder presentations.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Experience designing efficient, scalable, maintainable CRM solutions and integrating multiple systems.
- Experience leading and managing project development in Agile or Scrum environments.
- Experience with version control and CI/CD tools such as GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, and Jenkins.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, along with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Apex, JavaScript, C#, and .NET for CRM customization, automation, and custom logic.
- Strong understanding of REST and SOAP APIs, middleware, and enterprise system integrations.
- Ability to query databases for customer data extraction and reporting.
- Expertise in GDPR, CCPA, data privacy laws, and CRM security best practices.
- Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or comparable data analysis and reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of customer data segmentation, customer lifecycle management, and personalization.
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and guide junior team members.
