Responsibilities
- Lead customers and internal teams toward effective technical solutions for ERP implementations.
- Design scalable, secure, resilient, and maintainable Microsoft Dynamics 365 and enterprise application solutions.
- Provide technical and operational support by collecting information, analyzing requirements, and solving problems.
- Lead solution envisioning workshops, architecture reviews, effort estimations, pre-sales activities, and proposal development.
- Define technical standards, architecture governance, and best practices for enterprise and emerging technologies.
- Mentor and coach architects, developers, and consultants while promoting technical excellence and AI-enabled ways of working.
- Collaborate with business leaders, enterprise architects, engineering teams, delivery managers, and executive stakeholders.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and legacy Dynamics AX implementations.
- Deep expertise in X++ development, solution design, integration patterns, and enterprise application architecture.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale ERP implementations involving multiple integrations, ISV solutions, and complex technology ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of Azure, Power Platform, Azure Integration Services, DevOps practices, and enterprise architecture principles.
- Experience designing solutions aligned with business and technology strategies, including the evaluation and integration of AI-powered capabilities.
- Strong consulting, stakeholder management, communication, storytelling, and trusted-advisor skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-oriented outcomes and lead collaborative teams.
