Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for microservices-based systems.
- Test code, fix defects, and support reliable software delivery.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and frequent software releases.
- Support application deployment and troubleshoot production issues.
- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Collaborate with distributed teams to deliver work on schedule.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot for backend services.
- Experience working in an Agile environment and contributing to CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, data structures, and algorithms skills.
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Working knowledge of Oracle, MySQL, or NoSQL databases.
- Clear communication and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Preferred experience delivering end-to-end projects in complex environments and exposure to enterprise application development and design.
- Preferred familiarity with Kafka, HDFS, and Hibernate.
- Understanding of the telecom domain and experience with large telecom service providers are desirable.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams is desirable.
