Responsibilities
- Build systems and AI agents to secure infrastructure and protect sensitive data.
- Design workflows and CI/CD pipelines for safe engineering practices.
- Set new security standards and patterns for engineering operations.
- Apply expertise in threat modeling and risk management.
- Mentor engineers in security, software engineering, and AI.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with strong skills in Python, Go, or similar languages.
- Expertise in cloud security architecture, Kubernetes, and identity management.
- A business enablement security mindset focused on measuring security success by business impact.
- Deep conviction in using AI and automation to eliminate unnecessary manual work.
- Humility and curiosity to learn and enable colleagues.
