Responsibilities
- Own the architectural vision for Bizplat's platform systems.
- Drive service consolidation by identifying and leading the strategy to reduce redundant services.
- Design and build core platform capabilities for reuse across domains.
- Lead technical planning for high-priority cross-cutting initiatives.
- Set and enforce engineering standards for system design and operational reliability.
- Mentor engineers through design reviews and technical guidance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate operational needs into technical solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a technical leadership role.
- Deep experience in consolidating complex service architectures.
- Strong systems design and architecture skills.
- Experience with automation and workflow orchestration systems.
- Track record of driving technical strategy across organizational boundaries.
- Fluency in designing for scalability, reliability, and governance.
- Experience with AI/ML pipeline integration or event-driven architectures.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
