Responsibilities
- Respond to security alerts and incidents, triaging and investigating with senior support.
- Review changes and cloud configurations for security issues, providing practical feedback.
- Operate and improve security tooling, including EDR, SIEM, and vulnerability scanners.
- Run vulnerability scans and prioritize findings based on real risk.
- Drive remediation efforts in collaboration with Infrastructure, SRE, and Product Engineering.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in security operations, cloud, or infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with security tooling such as EDR, SIEM, and vulnerability scanners.
- Working knowledge of AWS IAM; familiarity with GCP and container workloads is a plus.
- Ability to script in Python for automation of tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with teams.
