Base Salary
$120k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Embed with one or two services pods to understand workflows and identify problems before writing code.
- Decide whether workflow problems require Framework features, bespoke automation, or new data pipelines, then build the appropriate solution.
- Own the end-to-end technical lifecycle for client deployments, including onboarding, Meta, TikTok, and Google ad account integrations, data reconciliation, custom dashboards, and related tooling.
- Translate field observations and workarounds into product opportunities for the core engineering team and leadership.
- Own and sequence an independent roadmap and ship production tooling that becomes repeatable deployment infrastructure or core Framework functionality.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience building software, including client-facing, deployment, or solutions engineering work.
- Fluency in TypeScript and Next.js, with comfort in modern React and experience building non-trivial backends.
- Experience working with OpenAI, Anthropic, and Gemini LLM APIs at the application layer.
- Ability to communicate precisely with non-technical operators and understand workflow problems in client environments.
- Comfort with ambiguity, independent roadmap ownership, and entrepreneurial or leadership experience.
