Responsibilities
- Embed with creative pods to understand their workflows and challenges.
- Build solutions into Framework for structural problems and bespoke solutions for client-specific issues.
- Manage the end-to-end technical lifecycle for client deployments, including onboarding and integrations.
- Translate operational insights into product features and communicate them to the engineering team.
- Own and prioritize your own roadmap based on observed needs and patterns.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software development experience, particularly in client-facing roles.
- Proficient in TypeScript, Next.js, and modern React.
- Experience working with LLM APIs at the application layer.
- Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to varying client environments.
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit through side projects or leadership experience.
