Responsibilities
- Analyze software requirements, technology architecture, system interdependencies, and application stacks.
- Design, develop, maintain, and improve reusable automation frameworks and libraries across technology stacks and business lines.
- Create and execute test plans, test cases, scenarios, and usage cases for functional, regression, performance, and non-functional testing.
- Develop automated testing tools and software validation processes, and track coverage, defects, resolutions, and mitigation techniques.
- Collaborate with development, Agile delivery, business subject matter expert, testing, client, and internal stakeholder teams.
- Support continuous deployment practices, backend/database programming, automation deployments, and resolution of system problems.
- Document automation processes, test cases, debugging data, project outcomes, and performance reviews according to Wipro guidelines.
Requirements
- Mandatory Python experience for insights.
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Experience designing and implementing automated testing tools and automation frameworks.
- Experience with functional, regression, performance, and non-functional testing.
- Ability to understand software requirements, create technical specifications, and resolve complex technical design issues.
- Ability to perform backend/database programming for key projects.
- Ability to collaborate with development teams and stakeholders and communicate technical issues clearly.
