Responsibilities
- Design, script, test, implement, maintain, and modify robotic process and desktop automations.
- Create comprehensive test plans and test cases and coordinate automation data needs across systems.
- Execute performance tests to validate expected automation performance levels.
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve technical problems with clients and technical staff.
- Write documentation describing automation capabilities and operating procedures.
- Estimate project timelines, tasks, costs, and effort for automation initiatives.
- Analyze organizational needs, assess automation feasibility, and help determine implementation approaches.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Generally a minimum of seven years of experience.
- Thorough knowledge of data and process modeling, system and application testing, software development life cycle, application design and architecture, programming, implementation, change controls, and robotics suites.
- Understanding of information and release management and product and vendor evaluation.
- Knowledge of Java, VBA, or other configuration and scripting technologies.
- Strong analytical, technical, application development, programming, problem-solving, project management, teamwork, communication, and relationship-building skills.
