Responsibilities
- Build and improve reliable, scalable cloud delivery solutions on Azure and Kubernetes.
- Create and maintain Azure DevOps YAML pipelines with templates, parameters, multi-stage workflows, environments, approvals, variable groups, service connections, and hosted or self-hosted agents.
- Manage Git branching, pull request policies, release workflows, repositories, and artifacts in Azure DevOps.
- Deploy and troubleshoot Kubernetes applications using Helm, values management, and kubectl.
- Implement GitOps delivery with ArgoCD or Flux.
- Automate delivery tasks using PowerShell, Python or Bash, Azure CLI, and Azure REST APIs.
- Read and modify Terraform and Bicep infrastructure definitions.
- Implement smoke tests, health checks, and deployment validation within delivery pipelines.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams and support applications running on Azure and Kubernetes.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in DevOps, build and release, or automation engineering.
- At least 3 years of building and maintaining Azure DevOps YAML pipelines as a primary responsibility.
- At least 2 years of deploying containerized applications to Kubernetes in production.
- Deep experience with Azure DevOps Pipelines, including YAML templates, multi-stage pipelines, approvals, variable groups, service connections, and hosted and self-hosted agents.
- Experience with Git workflows, Azure DevOps artifact and repository management, Kubernetes, Helm, kubectl, and GitOps delivery.
- Scripting experience with PowerShell and Python or Bash, including Azure CLI and Azure REST APIs.
- Ability to read and modify Terraform and Bicep.
- Experience implementing automated verification such as smoke tests, health checks, and deployment validation.
- Professional working English.
- Preferred experience includes self-service developer platforms, delivery metrics, Secrets Store CSI driver, Azure Key Vault, Ansible, large-scale migration or fleet upgrades, and Azure DevOps administration.
- AZ-400 certification is preferred.
