Responsibilities
- Design and develop new functionality using Java and Kotlin.
- Collaborate with business and quantitative stakeholders on functional and non-functional requirements, planning, and delivery estimates.
- Design and implement subsystems and intersystem protocols while contributing to the long-term platform architecture.
- Learn the FX business domain and grow as a subject-matter expert.
- Investigate and resolve production incidents and improve application stability and monitoring.
- Coordinate with business analysts and contribute to project management and delivery planning.
Requirements
- Experience developing software in Java and the technical knowledge to design, build, and maintain applications.
- Experience designing high-load distributed systems and fault-tolerant applications, including relevant algorithms.
- Good knowledge of Linux and an understanding of containers and cloud solutions.
- Experience with modern SDLC tools such as Git, JIRA, Artifactory, Jenkins, or TeamCity.
- Ability to use AI tools to improve productivity and workflows while applying responsible and ethical judgment to data and AI outputs.
- Kotlin or full-stack experience is advantageous.
- People leadership experience and project management experience are advantageous.
