Base Salary
$150k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable infrastructure for agent orchestration and execution.
- Build frameworks and developer tools for creating, testing, and deploying autonomous agents.
- Partner with product and research teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor engineers and establish effective engineering practices across the codebase.
- Define technical strategy and the long-term platform roadmap.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of professional software engineering or related technical experience.
- Hands-on experience with agentic infrastructure, agent frameworks, agent systems, or related distributed systems.
- Generalist technical background across multiple domains with strong systems design and ability to build for scale and reliability.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience building developer-facing tools, APIs, or platforms.
- Ability to work across the stack from low-level infrastructure to higher-level abstractions.
- Experience as an early startup engineer, founder, CTO, or founding engineer.
Benefits
