Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and support enterprise web applications and handle complex application problems independently.
- Lead end-to-end project and run delivery, including planning, execution, risk management, UAT, deployment, and transition to support.
- Understand client interactions and business requirements, perform analysis, and design technical solutions.
- Review code and designs, validate estimates, and contribute hands-on technical expertise as an individual contributor and technical lead.
- Execute change requests, enhancements, and production defect fixes.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC and Agile practices, quality standards, and governance controls.
- Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies across teams.
- Manage and mentor 5–7 developers or technical leads, allocate tasks, track productivity, and drive engineering best practices.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in IT application development, run support, project management, and business analysis.
- Strong hands-on web application development experience with React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, AWS services, and Git.
- Experience with AWS EC2, Lambda, Step Functions, S3, SQS, SNS, Airflow, and IAM; Terraform experience is preferred.
- Understanding of web development standards, integrations, and security.
- Experience with enterprise-scale applications and global stakeholders.
- Knowledge and experience with AI agents and integration is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving, technical decision-making, communication, leadership, mentoring, and continuous-learning abilities.
