Responsibilities
- Design, evaluate, develop, test, and deliver AI Agent and AIOps platform capabilities for the global Video & Edge business.
- Build and improve LLM-powered agents using prompt engineering, RAG, MCP, skills, multi-agent orchestration, and tool calling.
- Apply AI Coding and AIOps solutions to audio/video, CDN, and related scenarios to improve engineering and operations efficiency.
- Contribute to intelligent traffic management and large-scale platform development serving millions of machines and high-concurrency workloads.
- Improve code quality and system reliability through code review, automated testing, observability, and performance optimization.
Requirements
- Completing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical discipline.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, operating systems, computer networks, and computer science fundamentals.
- Proficiency in at least one mainstream programming language and the ability to apply it to practical engineering problems.
- Hands-on experience using Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Trae, or similar AI Coding tools for real development tasks or substantial projects.
- Ability to independently deliver non-trivial software modules or projects with attention to correctness, readability, maintainability, and performance.
- Hands-on ability with AI Agents and experience using or building an LLM-powered application involving RAG, tool calling, multi-step orchestration, or similar techniques.
- Preferred experience includes AI Agent or LLM application projects, open-source or research engineering, programming competitions, system design, performance optimization, complex debugging, audio/video systems, CDN, distributed systems, SRE, AIOps, or large-scale high-concurrency systems.
