Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team, and make team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Analyze requirements, create technical specifications, and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Lead process improvements, mentor junior team members, and ensure adherence to software development best practices.
- Design and implement system integrations and scalable, maintainable software solutions.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Workday Recruiting.
- Proficiency in Workday Recruiting.
- Experience designing and implementing custom software solutions using modern development frameworks.
- Understanding of agile software development methodologies and practices.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for connecting systems and applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills focused on scalable and maintainable solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education.
