- Translate business needs into reliable, measurable technical solutions and proactively manage blockers and next steps.
- Validate model outputs and improve system reliability in collaboration with QA, product, editorial, and production teams.
- Support the transition of validated prototypes and MVPs into production-ready solutions.
- Report progress to the Tech Lead or AI Tech Manager and follow agreed priorities, processes, and reporting lines.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with AI/ML tools, LLMs, API integrations, and AI application development.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
- Solid programming skills, preferably in Python and/or TypeScript.
- Practical understanding of prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, agents, workflow automation, model evaluation, and output validation.
- Experience using agentic coding tools such as Codex, Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot to build real software.
- Ability to code, debug, integrate APIs, design AI-powered workflows, and build systems that can become reliable production tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, independent execution, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Candidates must document and present a personally built project or pipeline that actively uses AI; no-code or low-code-only projects do not satisfy this requirement.
