Responsibilities
- Ensure fast and reliable deployments across internal stages and pipelines.
- Maintain and further develop GitLab pipelines.
- Advise on and support the containerization and operation of modern web applications.
- Standardize and automate build, test, and deployment processes while meeting strict quality and data-protection requirements.
- Deploy applications using self-created Helm charts.
- Debug applications and provide third-level support.
Requirements
- Technical degree, ideally in computer science, or comparable IT vocational training such as IT specialist training.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment of large software applications, preferably with GitLab.
- Knowledge of Linux, preferably Red Hat systems.
- Experience with software version control, preferably Git.
- Experience orchestrating container applications, preferably with Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of programming and scripting.
- German and English communication skills at least at B2 level.
- Systematic, goal-oriented, independent, team-oriented, and communicative working style.
