Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of data solutions adapted to client needs.
- Build and optimize ETL processes across different systems.
- Use big data tools and frameworks to meet project requirements.
- Partner with teams to define outcomes, select methods, and deliver insights.
- Lead analytics modules and communicate results clearly.
- Apply analytical skills across the full analytics lifecycle.
- Mentor junior team members and support technical training.
- Share learnings, improve best practices, and ensure confidentiality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
- Experience in data engineering across various industries with a track record of delivering analytics solutions in commercial environments.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MariaDB, and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Redis, or Neo4j.
- Experience with distributed data systems such as Spark, PySpark, or Hadoop.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong written and verbal communication and analytical skills.
- Preferred experience with data orchestration, data visualization, data modeling, containerization, streaming frameworks, and Azure Data Lake Storage.
