Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and integrations.
- Implement and configure ServiceNow Virtual Agent to automate and streamline customer experiences.
- Integrate RPA tools with ServiceNow to automate repetitive tasks and improve workflow efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Monitor, analyze, and resolve ServiceNow platform performance issues to support high availability.
Requirements
- Wide-ranging experience developing and customizing ServiceNow, including workflows and integrations.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Virtual Agent and/or RPA.
- Excellent programming skills in JavaScript.
- A problem-solving and analytical approach.
- Ability to obtain SC security clearance, including continuous UK residence for the last five years and completion of required pre-employment checks.
