Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules, especially Virtual Agent and RPA flows.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions.
- Configure ServiceNow Virtual Agent to automate and streamline customer experiences.
- Integrate RPA tools with ServiceNow to automate repetitive tasks and improve workflow efficiency.
- Monitor, analyze, and resolve ServiceNow platform performance issues while supporting high availability.
Requirements
- Wide-ranging experience developing and customizing ServiceNow, including workflows and integrations.
- Proficiency with ServiceNow Virtual Agent and/or RPA.
- Excellent programming skills in JavaScript.
- Ability to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance, including continuous UK residence for the last five years.
- Successful completion of identity, nationality or immigration status, employment history, and unspent criminal record checks.
