Responsibilities

Shape multi-year ServiceNow roadmaps and act as a trusted advisor to clients and stakeholders.
Architect and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, SPM, GRC, CSM, and NowAssist, with a focus on healthcare workflows and compliance.
Design scalable, secure, and extensible architectures, including application scope, data models, and integrations.
Develop and maintain JavaScript customizations using Glide APIs, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Business Rules.
Integrate ServiceNow with EHR systems, clinical applications, and third-party healthcare platforms using REST, SOAP, Graph APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Server.
Build Service Portals, Workspaces, and mobile interfaces for clinical and administrative users.
Develop dashboards and reports, implement error logging, and troubleshoot critical healthcare systems.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams and collaborate with clinical, administrative, and compliance stakeholders.
Own delivery outcomes and align solutions with healthcare transformation goals.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
13+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture, preferably in healthcare environments.
Strong understanding of healthcare IT standards including HL7 and FHIR, HIPAA compliance, and patient data security.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, or CIS are highly desirable.
Experience with EHR systems such as Epic or Cerner and healthcare workflows is preferred.
Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices in healthcare IT is preferred.
