Responsibilities
- Shape multi-year ServiceNow roadmaps and act as a trusted advisor to clients and stakeholders.
- Architect and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, SPM, GRC, CSM, and NowAssist, with a focus on healthcare workflows and compliance.
- Design scalable, secure, and extensible architectures, including application scope, data models, and integrations.
- Develop and maintain JavaScript customizations using Glide APIs, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Business Rules.
- Integrate ServiceNow with EHR systems, clinical applications, and third-party healthcare platforms using REST, SOAP, Graph APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Server.
- Build Service Portals, Workspaces, and mobile interfaces for clinical and administrative users.
- Develop dashboards and reports, implement error logging, and troubleshoot critical healthcare systems.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams and collaborate with clinical, administrative, and compliance stakeholders.
- Own delivery outcomes and align solutions with healthcare transformation goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 13+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture, preferably in healthcare environments.
- Strong understanding of healthcare IT standards including HL7 and FHIR, HIPAA compliance, and patient data security.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, or CIS are highly desirable.
- Experience with EHR systems such as Epic or Cerner and healthcare workflows is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices in healthcare IT is preferred.
