Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build and deploy machine learning pipelines for creator and content classification.
- Conduct exploratory data analyses and develop proof-of-concept ML models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to design effective ML solutions.
- Analyze and prepare training data, utilizing crowdsourcing techniques.
- Train and iterate on machine learning models using novel techniques.
- Deploy models to production and write backend code as necessary.
- Debug models and iterate based on performance gaps.
- Translate data into actionable insights and communicate findings effectively.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or applied ML roles.
- Expertise in natural language processing, topic modeling, and clustering techniques.
- Experience in an end-to-end machine learning team environment.
- Familiarity with unstructured content and extracting meaning from complex media.
- Proficient in Python and common ML/NLP libraries.
- Experience with distributed systems and model deployment frameworks.
- Strong collaboration skills across engineering, data science, and product teams.
- Solid communication skills and ability to write clear documentation.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field.
