Responsibilities
- Architect and evolve scalable CI/CD and software productization infrastructure for firmware, drivers, and low-level system software.
- Drive build, integration, automated testing, packaging, and release automation across large multi-component repositories.
- Maintain pipeline availability, stability, observability, release readiness, and rapid failure recovery.
- Build automation and test infrastructure and solve hardware-software integration challenges.
- Develop and review high-quality Python and Bash code.
- Provide technical leadership across firmware, system, integration, validation, and infrastructure teams.
- Own work end to end from architecture and implementation through deployment and sustained operation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
- 12+ years of experience in SoC or embedded software development and CI/CD across the semiconductor development lifecycle.
- Strong hands-on system firmware development experience with Embedded C, Python, and/or Bash.
- Solid understanding of Linux, Arm architectures, open-source software development, versioning, licensing, SDL, and software delivery.
- Experience architecting and maintaining scalable CI/CD infrastructure, build systems, dependency and variant management, automated testing, packaging, and release automation.
- Experience enabling continuous software delivery with a focus on pipeline availability, stability, automation, observability, failure recovery, and release readiness.
- Strong technical leadership, collaboration, system-level debugging, and root-cause analysis skills.
- Desirable experience with Zephyr, Yocto, Bazel, Copybara, Git, Jenkins, C++, Rust, TF-A, TF-M, U-Boot, Xen, or ROS.
- Experience in automotive, robotics, functional safety, embedded security, or sophisticated SoC and system domains is desirable.
