Responsibilities
- Architect and evolve scalable CI/CD and software productization infrastructure for firmware, drivers, and low-level system software.
- Own build, integration, automated testing, packaging, and release automation pipelines.
- Improve pipeline availability, stability, observability, failure recovery, release readiness, and delivery efficiency.
- Build automation and test infrastructure and solve hardware-software integration challenges.
- Develop and review high-quality Python and Bash code from architecture through deployment and sustained operation.
- Provide technical leadership across firmware, system, integration, validation, and infrastructure teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
- 12+ years of experience in SoC or embedded software development and CI/CD across the semiconductor development lifecycle.
- Hands-on system firmware development experience with Embedded C, Python and/or Bash, Linux, Arm architectures, open-source software, versioning, licensing, SDL, and software delivery.
- Experience architecting and maintaining scalable CI/CD infrastructure for large multi-component repositories, build systems, dependency management, variant management, automated testing, packaging, and release automation.
- Strong system-level debugging, root-cause analysis, technical leadership, collaboration, and continuous-improvement skills.
- Desirable experience with Zephyr, Yocto, Bazel, Copybara, Git, Jenkins, test automation frameworks, C++, Rust, TF-A, TF-M, U-Boot, Xen, or ROS.
- Experience in automotive, robotics, functional safety, embedded security, or sophisticated SoC/system domains is desirable.
